About Krzysztof
Dr. Krzysztof Kukula is a Cardiologist at Doctors Hospital, specialising in interventional cardiology, hypertension, and complications of diabetes and renal disease. His professional interests also include transplant medicine, molecular neurobiology, physiology, immunology, and neurology. Dr. Kukula received his medical education in Poland. Since 2002, he has been working in clinical and research work as an interventional cardiologist at the Department of Interventional Cardiology and Angiology of the National Institute of Cardiology, Warsaw. He has conducted interventional work in the cath lab for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as PCI procedures with rotational atherectomy and cardiac biopsies. Dr. Kukula also does clinical and research work and has participated in many international clinical trials. Outside of medicine, Dr. Kukula enjoys travelling, studying English language and literature, playing sports (downhill skiing, swimming, tennis), computers and information systems (including building his own from time to time), and keeping abreast of the tech world.
