Visitor Information

At Doctors Hospital, we know how important it is to be able to visit or accompany a loved one in the hospital. As a health care organization, we are dedicated to providing a healthy and safe environment for all who visit our hospital and outpatient clinic. We are balancing the comfort of our patients and their families with the ongoing need for safety measures.

  • One visitor may be with a patient in the room at a time
  • Visitors must wear a mask indoors at all times, including when in the patient’s room (surgical masks are being distributed at the front entrance)
  • Visiting hours are between 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily

Outpatient Clinic, Walk-in and Urgent Care

  • Outpatient and same-day surgery waiting areas are located within the outpatient department, radiology, and specialist departments
  • Outpatient areas, are open to one visitor per patient.
  • We encourage you to bring your own mask, if you do not have one you will be provided with a surgical mask at the front entrance

Doctors Hospital reserves the right to remove disruptive and non-compliant individuals from our hospital campus and surrounding facilities. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Please note that this visitation policy may evolve over time depending on our response to public health recommendations.

Disabled People

A disabled person is a holder of a valid Blue Badge attending the hospital as a patient or visitor.

Disabled patients and visitors are provided parking near the front entrance of the main entrance. The parking area is clearly outlined with signs.

COVID-19 Guidance

Face Masks
Doctors Hospital and the outpatient clinic requires masking indoors at all times. This important infection prevention measure protects the health of our patients and caregivers. Thank you for your cooperation.

Currently, our outpatient areas and urgent care department are open to one visitor per patient.

Our visitation guidelines are in place to ensure a safe environment for healing to those in our care — and those who care for them.

Parking information

Doctors Hospital provides free parking for all patients and visitors. Additional parking is available to the left of the hospital upon entry.
