Introduction
At Doctors Hospital, we support cancer patients at every step of their journey, from diagnosis and treatment choices to medical and surgical care, and post-therapy follow-up. Our oncologists, Dr. Sanjay Awasthi and Dr. Natalie Sharpe, bring over 30 years of experience in cancer care and have conducted award-winning research in oncology. Both are deeply committed to providing personalized care tailored to each patient’s needs, ensuring the best possible outcomes. Treatments may include surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, or a combination of these approaches.
Treatment and care are administered based on a multidisciplinary approach that mobilizes all of the hospital’s specialists and diagnostic and testing services to ensure patients benefit from the highest possible levels of quality and safety.
Our ambition is nothing less than a cancer-free Cayman, which means the proactive prevention, detection, and treatment of cancer in our community. This is why we work closely with the Cayman Islands Cancer Society and the Breast Cancer Foundation.
