Dr. med Yaron Rado, Chairman of the Board and Chief Radiologist, has been associated with the hospital since 2006.
He completed his medical training at the University of Hamburg and completed his Residency in Radiology at the University of Duesseldorf, Germany. During this time, he won the Röntgen prize of the German Röntgen Society for “Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise – Germany”.
Dr. Rado is a member of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA), the American Roentgen Ray Society (ARRS), the American College of Radiology (ACR), and the German Röntgen Society (DRG).
Having a keen interest and experience in digital mammography, CT, MRI and interventional radiology, he strives to implement the latest and most advanced state- of-the-art technology and has been a trailblazer in bringing cutting-edge medical equipment to the island. While working at HSA in 2005 he brought the first digital mammography unit to Cayman. Then at DH (at that time CTMH) he brought 3D mammography to the island. He initiated the first multi-slice CT and MRI service on the island. In doing so, he fostered the first private sector-public sector partnership and brought the first and only 3T MRI system to the Island.
As Chairman of Doctors Hospital, he is striving to build a community of cooperation in the private sector of the hospital and healthcare industry of the Cayman Islands. He is a passionate believer in the notion that if a hospital strives for clinical quality, top-line and bottom-line performance follows.

David Pellow has owned and managed a group of private pharmacies both in Canada and the Cayman Islands for about 40 years. He was at one time the Administrator of Chrissie Tomlinson Memorial Hospital for four & a half years. As a seasoned business professional, David has analyzed the acquisition of existing practices in Canada and participated in the funding and budgeting of the start-up of three pharmacies in Cayman and the share purchase of Doctors Hospital (March 2016). Since that acquisition, he has aided in the preparation of Doctors Hospital Year End Financial Statements (2016 to 2020) and has overseen the formal audit process in accordance with GAAP.
David sits on the hospital’s Board of Directors as the Vice Chairman, a member of both the Hospital Administration Committee& the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and as Director of Support and Ancillary Services, David leads the following services within the hospital: Pharmacy Operations; Diagnostic Imaging Services; Laboratory Services; Facilities Management & Maintenance; Hospitality & Environmental Services. David previously led the hospital’s Finance team as CFO from 2016-2020, however, he is still the Chair of the Board Finance Committee.
David is an innovator in business and pharmacy in both Canada and the Cayman Islands. He has won numerous awards in his field and is recognized across the Caribbean for his leadership in the Caribbean Association of Pharmacists.
He has been this organization’s Secretary/Treasurer, Executive Director and Partner Relations Manager. He also has been the President of the Cayman Pharmacists Association and Chairperson of the Cayman Islands Pharmacy Council for many years.

Dr. Margo McCrae is the Director of Strategic Services at Doctors Hospital and Chair of the Senior Leadership Team, providing strategic and operational leadership across the organization. Since joining in 2013, she has played a pivotal role in driving organizational excellence and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
As Director of Strategic Services, Dr. McCrae leads hospital-wide initiatives, including strategic planning, quality improvement, and patient safety. A Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), she directly oversees the hospital’s Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Program, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of care and operational efficiency.
With expertise in both clinical and administrative leadership, Dr. McCrae brings a comprehensive perspective to her role. She collaborates closely with the Senior Leadership Team and key stakeholders to align organizational goals and drive strategic success.
Dr. McCrae began her career as a Clinical Pharmacist at a major, University-affiliated tertiary healthcare and research institution in Canada before relocating to the Cayman Islands in 2013. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (2009) and a Doctorate in Pharmacy (2018) from the University of Toronto.

Jennifer Kerr is a dedicated healthcare leader with 18 years of international experience in nursing and healthcare management. With a foundation in hands-on patient care, Jennifer has worked across a variety of roles, from providing compassionate cardiovascular and vascular care at Toronto General Hospital to leading nursing teams at The Medcan Clinic. Recognized globally in healthcare and preventative medicine, she has also managed international relations with the renowned Johns Hopkins International.
Today, Jennifer serves as the Director of Operations and Chief Nurse at Doctors Hospital. In her dual role, she is responsible for overseeing nursing teams and hospital operations, while also focusing on marketing, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional leadership. With her expertise in project management, protocol development, and process improvement, Jennifer brings teams together to drive success and enhance patient care. She is passionate about advancing healthcare in the Cayman Islands and plays a vital role in enhancing the services and programs at her hospital.
In addition to her leadership responsibilities, Jennifer is an active volunteer and board member with charitable organizations, including the Cayman Islands Cancer Society. She is deeply committed to making a positive impact in her community.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading (always on the lookout for her next great read), and staying active with early morning walks and exercise. Jennifer believes in a healthy work-life balance that fuels her passion for making a meaningful impact both in healthcare and her community.

Dr. Preece joined Doctors Hospital as Medical Director in 2023. He previously held numerous Medical Director roles in the UK in the public and private sectors.
Dr. Preece is a Fellow of the UK Faculty of Occupational Medicine and Royal College of Physicians and a Fellow of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. He completed specialist training with the Royal Navy in 1998 winning the Faculty prize for his professional exams. He initially trained in applied physiology and hyperbaric medicine his dissertation came from two years researching diving in warm water. He has written more than 100 reports in the professional literature and has been a reviewer for the journal Occupational Medicine for twenty years.
Dr. Preece has a keen interest in evidence-based medicine and was an inaugural Fellow of the UK National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE). He developed, led and published the first national audit of the implementation of workplace health guidance.
Dr. Preece has served on many national bodies as an expert adviser on occupational medicine and led the introduction of the national occupational health clinical audit – which has now completed more than twenty five cycles. His recent research has focused on outcomes and he initiated and led a major Cancer Research UK project on outcomes-based pricing of drugs.
Dr. Preece’s recent clinical practice has focused on the health issues of medical practitioners and the development of innovative vaccination and screening programmes.

Mario E. Ebanks is an accomplished Human Resources executive with over 35 years of experience in HR management, strategy, and regulatory compliance. Since September 2023, he has served as the Director of Human Resources for CTMH Doctors Hospital and Integra Healthcare, leading talent management initiatives and workforce development strategies.
Mr. Ebanks holds a BBA in International Finance & Marketing with a minor in Economics and Public Affairs from the University of Miami. He earned an MBA from the University of Tennessee’s Executive Master’s Program and has completed executive certifications from the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill), SHRM’s “Business of Human Resources” program, and Disney’s HR Management program. He is a Certified HR Business Partner (C/HRBP) by the Academy to Innovate HR and holds a Certificate in Global Remuneration Administration from the World @ Work Professional Society. Additionally, he is an Accredited Director through the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada.
His extensive career includes key leadership roles such as Senior Manager for Human Resources and Human Capital Advisory Services at Deloitte, Senior Consultant & Project Leader with Premier Solutions Group, and Chief Human Resources Officer at the Cayman Islands Airports Authority. In the public sector, he served as Director of Labour & Pensions and Superintendent of Pensions for the Cayman Islands Government.
An active leader in HR and governance, Mr. Ebanks is a past president of the Cayman Islands Society for Human Resource Professionals and has served on multiple boards, including the Labour Appeals Tribunal, the Immigration Business Staffing Plan Board, and the Investors in People Council. In recognition of his contributions, to HR excellence during his career he was awarded the Pioneer in Human Resources Excellence by CISHRP in 2024.

Patrick Turbide is an Information System Engineer and the Director of Information Technology Services at Doctors Hospital where he oversees all information and electronic processing requirements of the hospital. Patrick has over 28 years’ experience in informatics sciences and technologies, where he has worked in industries ranging from Manufacturing, Hedge Funds, Bonds & PE Funds, and as of 2016 has riveted on the Healthcare industry.
As Director of Information Technology Services, Patrick is responsible to maintain and deploy new and improved information systems to encompass all the requirements of the hospital, specifically in regard to the information infrastcture, patient medical records, medical modalities and finance systems. As acting DPO, Patrick is also responsible for ensuring all clinical systems adhere to strict domestic and global regulatory and security compliance.

Richard Harrison is a seasoned finance professional (FCA) who joined Doctors Hospital as the Chief Financial Officer in May 2022. Originally from the UK, Richard came to the Caribbean two decades ago with PwC and has held various CFO and Director of Finance positions since. Richard has enjoyed working in a wide range of sectors including renewable energy, financial services, broadcasting, property, insurance, marketing, and retail. What matters most to him is working in an entrepreneurial and purpose led Organisation that displays and encourages a growth mindset environment to ensure continual improvement is achieved.
Richard is a Cayman Islands Monetary Authority-approved Director. His community involvement currently includes being a voted council member on the National Trust, a founding Director of the Cayman Islands Renewable Association, and he is also on the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants ESG committee.
Outside of work, Richard loves nothing more than outdoor adventure trips with his family as well other endorphin rousing activities such as tennis, ocean swimming and paddle boarding.
