Dr. Ryan Punambolam, MD, MSc, FRCPC, is a Canadian-trained neurologist and neuro-physiologist with 15 years of clinical and academic leadership in top-tier health systems. Formerly the Medical Director of a regional stroke centre in Canada, he led a 375% increase in acute stroke interventions. With degrees from Western University, UBC, UCLA, and Harvard-affiliated BIDMC, he also holds a Master’s in dementia care. At Doctors Hospital Cayman, he merges strategic insight with frontline excellence to elevate care outcomes.
Sutton Burke
Mental Health Advocate, Therapist, and Founder, Infinite Mindcare
Sutton Burke, MS, LCPC, is a therapist and founder of Infinite Mindcare and Cayman Mindcare—two premier mental health organizations transforming access to care across the region. A Cabinet-appointed member of the Cayman Islands Mental Health Commission, Sutton also serves as a national adviser on mental wellness strategy. Her practice blends clinical precision with human connection, specializing in leadership development, resilience, and emotional well-being.
Candice Cezermuskin
Private Sector Lead – Private Equity, Moore Global
Candice Cezermuskin is a Chartered Accountant and global finance leader with over 15 years of experience in audit and assurance within the alternative investment fund sector. A Licensed Audit Practitioner in the Cayman Islands and a Fellow of ACCA, she is also a CPA (British Columbia) and MBA graduate of Heriot-Watt University. Candice currently serves as Chair of ACCA Cayman and Leadership Cayman 2023, with additional roles on several CIIPA committees. She is widely recognized for championing education, mentorship, and cross-border collaboration in finance.
